Who's doing the yearly course? Wasn't going to bother but the organisers (agronomy company) now doing it all on Zoom. Sent me my booklet and a link to the steam for Wednesday
I was going to but apparently you have to do a test after, I have no problem with that, but NRoso want another £20 to sit it, not sure if that's right or not.

I thought that test fee was included. You sit the course, but don't get your points till you pass the test apparently, which is not a given, that's how I read it. Hutchinsons was the one I looked at.
Dint bother.

I had no problem with the old system, as was, half a day, with a fairly knowledgeable, empathetic instructor. Quick catch up with neighbouring spray operators, if we'd had to do a test after I think we would have been ok. 10 pints tvm wasn't really bothered about chasing any other points even though I do like to attend a lot of the events. Yet another example of Effin about with something that was working ok.

At least it was a catch up with a few acquaintances and a lunch. Was rare not to learn something.
Hope this is not the new normal, as they say.
Absolutely, irony being that if they hadn't switched it to online, I wouldn't of bothered to attend this year. Didn't fancy sitting in a room of people for 3/4 hours

Funnily enough I did my 10 pointer today, held by my Agrii agronomist, at Morpeth Rugby Club.
Met up with a few friends I hadn't seen in a while, drank a fair amount of coffee, watched/listened to a 15 min lecture on health and safety, learned b#gger all about spraying and had to do a NRoSo test at the end on my phone. You can imagine how that went with some of the group!

That'll be £50 for the privilege Mr Wuffler sir...

Was just asking boss if they had heard anything about the Agrii course yesterday, thing is we normally got to Coldstream which is on the wrong side of the border so different rules, was wondering if they would have it this side of the line to get past them 🤷🏻‍♂️
