I put profol on when its damp if I can usually start at 10pm

In a word no....The Efficent N is a slow release variable chain urea polymer (whatever that means) that feeds the crop over a 6-8 week period. Probably the wrong product at this stage in the crops life and wouldn’t convert quickly enough to boost proteins.
