NUM 3 and direct drill SOH1 options

Are we right in thinking that it won’t be possible to claim for direct drilling legume fallow crops? With the newly released SOH1 not being able to be done with NUM3, even though the fallow crop will be drilled with direct drill?

Odd you can use it with AB15 which is basically the same as Num3.

Is there a way to point these things out to Defra so that they might see it from a common sense POV and announce that you can do it after all?

I also note IPM4 is not compatible with AB6 but the new Enhanced Over Winter Stubble for SFI 2024 is.
