oil covered tractor

Oil pipe failed on trailer today, tractor now covered in oil, what I want to know is what to wash it with before it gets everything stuck to it. Luckily all windows shut at the time.

Tfr (traffic film remover) that or dose of fairy liquid

Hot wash with soap, won't do it any harm anyway, all our machines get sprayed with oil when put away for the winter

Any household detergent, get it on as concentrated as you can.
Leave on wash off ............

Thanks lofty, oil all over cab, was cautious about tfr didnt want to make more mess on glass, will see how it cleans up tomorrow

Nice soft sweeping brush wet it run a line of fairy down it and use that on the Windows

depends how much you want to pay but TFR is crap, we use swarfega jizer and it is unreal. rinse the machine, spray the product, leave for 10 minutes and it comes off so easily!!

only issue.... 25 litres is £125 but well worth it

Not all tfr is the same. Strickly speaking not ment for oil but neat it works very very well. Just mind the paint. Hot washer is best with a quick spray of tfr first.
