Have a 2016 T7 270.
When parked facing uphill after a period of time oil leaks from the rear PTO shaft.
Have replaced the O ring where the PTO shaft slots into the PTO shaft hole but the oil still leaks.
At the back of the PTO shaft hole there is what looks like a core plug with a small hole in the center.
With the PTO shaft removed and the tractor parked facing uphill oil can be seen coming out of the hole in the center of the 'core plug'.
Assume when the shaft is in place the oil builds up until such time as it by passes the O ring.
Is this normal and the answer is as simple as don't park facing uphill (not always possible)?
Or is there something causing this leak and a way of stopping it?
The oil does not leak from the shaft when the shaft is being used or the tractor driven.
Thank you for your help
