I would bet my house that every item in that revolting yard could only be purchased for an utterly ridiculous price. Two, three... maybe four times the market price, or it can stay there and continue to rot.

If this were Zimbabwe and I were the King/President/Generalissimo, I'd shut him down and auction / scrap everything on site.

Seriously, this makes all of us in the vintage car/tractor/commercial/plant community look terrible... like a bunch of damned gypsies.

That truck under the tree at just under 6 minutes is a Humber 1 ton truck.
Cabs are double skinned and rot out.
Might yield useful spares, but as alluded to earlier, at what price.

It amazes me these sorts of places still exist. The cost of land, the price of scrap etc., and people apparently own sizeable plots with random old trucks strewn all over them they must have bought 40 years ago. What's the business plan for that? Apparently it's viable though, judging by the number of people doing it.

I call it ‘inheritance syndrome’.

Didn’t have to pay, so don’t know what they’re wasting.
