Old Westwood t1800 mower

I have an old t1800 mower with the three arm steering wheel. One arm has com away from the rim in a way that cannot be fixed. These wheels are as rare as hen's teeth so does anyone have any idea how to fit the more modern steering wheel to the old shaft?

Do you not have any lawnmower places locally, a lot of them have old scrappers for spares

Just find a Steering wheel off a car or something about the right size and weld it on.
