I reckon Canada as it says Ontario Government at the start.

Not a bad rag actually. I used to like doing the crossword very much in fact l won it a few times, including the one in the very last issue.

I love seeing the heavy horses nowadays in the flesh, but I've never seen them as stacked with muscle as the old horses often were.
