Erm..... Where have you bought that bit of kit. Omnistar is the brand name for a correction source. They did however brand up their own hardware for a while. It was about 10 years ago i think. I very much doubt it was ever desinged to receive RTCM. I may be wrong. @Pheasant Surprise has gone awol so it may be a while before you get a better answer
