Looking at converting sume buildings into storage and offices 2 miles into countryside, artic access will have fibre broadband in west wales near county town . The area is not London so rents will be low , I just looking for rough prices per ft in your area , Rates in Pembrokeshire on industrial parks are £3.50 to £11.00 per ft for workshops and storage and £8 to £10 for offices but none of these are on farm. Very few farm converted units in Pembrokeshire

Great demand here for offices. Got people who are as such working from home rather than going up to the city. Hard to actually work from home with kids and mentally tough not leaving 4 walls of home. Demand for small offices where people can drive to and park so avoiding public transport. Good broadband is essential.

you really need to chat to an agent, do John Francis go that far West?
have a look on right move PrimeLocation etc and see what is out there locally.

i would be cautious, whilst your build costs are lower than us lot in the South your rents will be at least as low of not lower.

id look at other options too, on the way to folly Farm last week there were plenty of other tourist bits along that way, I’d rules those out before going for offices.

i recall looking at a lot of farm buildings at red roses (I think??) which Would have made fantastic officies but that was 15 yrs ago

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
