Opening water pipe

With 50mm pipe, which would be quite a bit easier than 63mm I realise, I tie the outside end to a handy tree, then tie the inside end to a tractor or preferably loader, heading backwards, with a longish bit of rope. Then reverse away. You need to get the pipe resembling a spring, therefore there will be no tangle ups, keep reversing and the spring will start to uncoil as the rope twists.
With 50mm we can just about untwist the last few loops by hand, 63mm will probably be much harder.

When I had to unroll a 150m reel of either 50mm or 63mm (not sure which) blue water pipe I put it sideways on the forks of the telehandler, with the forks fixed a way apart through the center of the reel, but enough free play to allow the reel to rotate easily. Then parked the telehandler at one end of the job, side on, and drilled a hole through the free end of the pipe and chained it to the drawbar of the tractor, and drove off across the field in the direction the pipe was going in. Reeled out lovely, not a kink in sight, which was good as its pretty strong stuff, and you don't want it kinked or twisted. I did have someone stood by the telehandler to watch it reel out while they were on the mobile to me in the tractor to make sure there were no points where it got hung up on the forks and stopped rotating, but it came off pretty well.

cut a slot in one end and loop a bit of rope through it attach to back of quad , stand coil up some one drives quad and undo pipe and then drag it round field for a bit , till it relaxed
this is the easiest way, if its a hot day then pull it out tight, tie both ends off and leave it in the sun for a bit, takes the spring out of it.
Don't necessarily need to stand the pipe up so long as the guy on the coil end is on the ball, and can stop it getting caught up.
