Opico 595 ‘Plenum hot’

Hi all,

Having problems with our 2013, 595 Opico drier. Dried first batch of barley no problem, then second batch brought up ‘plenum hot’ on the display. This message is displayed in the sequence after setting grain type and temp settings,
then selecting batch drying
then hit status
dryer goes to purge
then ignite
Nothing happens after this and ‘plenum hot’ is displayed

We’ve changed the plenum temp probe and plenum temp switch/sensor with no joy and still ‘plenum hot’ being displayed. Also disconnected all earths and checked all wires for continuity an all seem fine.

Fast running out of ideas and have a growing pile of wet barley, any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance!!

Hi All Does anyone know how to restore opico drier panels that have surface rust. Can they be painted or galvanised? Thanks, Don.
