Osr starter fert applicator

Hi all,
We have a home made osr drill, it is a 10 leg subsoiler using heva stealth legs then followed by a crumble bar then Metcalf points. The seeder is a techneat multicast.

I'm thinking of adding a tank to apply liquid starter fert. Has anyone made an applicator before?
We have some old stainless tanks that we can use roughly 600l. I was thinking of using an electric pump rather than hydraulic.
The thing I can't get my head around is the rate. Ideally we would like 100l/ha of omex 14 14 (10 l per leg per ha). The electric pump that I have seen can do 20l per min. We tend to drill at 10-12kph , how can I set the rate for that speed?

I know you can buy applicators out there but tend to build everything we use. Any help/advice would be great thanks?

Whats the width of the machine? I used the bfs fertiliser nozzle but you could use any nozzle and just adjust the pressure to suit the application rate as you would if you were spraying.

Ours is fixed rate, limited by N rate in autumn and want to maximise the amount. So you're looking at nozzle flow of just over 800ml/min (10km/h) for overall application rate of 100l/ha. Then obviously f you band the application the rate applied to the sown area is increased.

Simple electric ‘Flosure’ type pump.
A manual pressure adjustment valve to bleed excess flow back to the tank.
Rigid pipe on the rear with holes drilled to correct spacing, and nozzle holders with drip stops to balance the pressure across whatever nozzle you use.
A pressure gauge teed into the spray line that’s clearly visible from the cab, and adequate filtration to stop blockages.
Your 600L tank will only last for 72 minutes of drilling at 10k.
