Overgrown land wanted to covert into small holding grazing.

Looking for any potential land which I can put the time in to covert into some sort of grazing for small scale grazing.

Essentially some barren land which I can set up into a small holding for few sheep. Chickens. Etc

Close to Sutton Coldfield preferably.

Any suggestions?
