Overum ploughs

Need to replace our old dowdswell plough. Have seen a few overums for sale a dx and a cx are they worth a look at or steer clear
I have a 4F 0verum cx and am completely happy with it. Its manual variwidth but l never moved it from 16 inch.
Their weak point is at the top of the turnover ram. If there's no welding there it will have been well minded.
The XL boards are a good gp use and will tolerate wide tyres well.
The DX would be a heavier built plough.
Fairly certain 0verum are sold as New Holland now. 20200325_180054.jpg

On the 90s ones the beam used to crack around the 3rd furrow. I think they have improved the strength on them a lot recently. They always did a good job and were easy to set up.

Thanks for the replies got a 140hp to play with would it be ok on a 5 furrow cx on shear bolt legs. It’s an 07 I am thinking about a bit pricey at £7500 I think.
