Don't heptavac but do ovivac the ewe lambs.
Will have to ask vet how much a PM is as we do have the odd unexplained death in the ewes around lambing?

Last year first time in years we missed ovivac p in lambs as son had 3 months off with apendicitis and then pneumonia. He had always questioned why we used Ovivac p, not anymore, this year he is insisting they are all done as he was sick of dead lambs last September due to pasteurella.
All ewes also done with Hep P.
Worth the money for peace of mind in my view.

At what age can you give ovivac P and what's meat withdrawals? Had 3 nice fit lamb die at a month old now :/ @bovine

If they are not breeding then Ovivac is fine. Some people (especially those keeping own replacements or selling breeding stock) do the primary course of Heptavac as lambs and then they can be easily drafted into the breeding flock. If you start with Ovivac you need to do a primary course of Heptavac later.

We stopped using Hep P for the ewes and Ovi P for the lambs last year due to price difference between them and Bravoxin or similar. No probs yet but I'm getting very nervous since a farm down the road lost 90 ewe lambs last autumn.
