I eat high fat low carb. Started a few years back and the weight fell off me.
It is a pain though when you need to take lunch to work. I generally make an omlette whith tomato, mushrooms, ham etc, and eat it cold.
I have an ex icecream container where I make a salad also to go with it.
Have been on packed lunches all week on the forager, really enjoyed going out tonight for steak and chips with a big salad. (I know I shouldn't have eaten the chips!)

Last couple of weeks Ive been taking a box of chopped fruit ,,nice mix of anything thats juicy ,,alot more refreshing when its hot and more appertising than manky sandwiches .
Pop it in the fridge over night and its still cool come dinner if I put it in the shade

Home made veg soup is a good one, next to no calories at all.
Couple of sticks of celery, a carrot, 1/2 onion, cook those a little to soften them first on a low heat, with the tiniest bit of oil, then add chopped red/green pepper, a few sliced green beans, a courgette, bit of cauli, bit of sweet potato, have a mess about using different veg you like, some shreds of savoy cabbage, or a few leaves of spinach, add just enough stock to 1/2 way up the veg, and then a tin of chopped tomatoes, and some basil, a pinch of thyme, & Fresh parsley.
Once it is cooked share it out into tubs & freeze it, then just microwave it and put it in a food flask.

Or use a small cob loaf, hollow it out chuck almost all the dough away, and fill that with salad of your choice, including dressing, really pack it tight, but dont need to eat the loaf, just use it as the serving dish for its contents, but bet you cant resist eating the outer ;)

Instead of a crispy BLT sandwich, try parma ham, much less calories, just flash the ham under the grill, if the grill is hot enough it will be crispy in less than a minute, and is around 1/2 the calories per 100 gms, + you get twice as much volume.A real treat :hungry:

The diet starts tomorrow:D

Don't bother with a lunch box if you want to loss weight, take 3 bottles of water and a young eastern European woman with you to work, she maybe not do anything for the diet, but will take your mind off food and wanting to eat, the water will keep you going till you are finished work ,
On a more serious note drink as much water just before eating any food as you can, there is feck all in water but it stops you eating that much as water fills the stomach and leaves less room for food
