Ideas of what to pack? Totally sick of sandwiches, flask keeps water hot about 75% of the time for some reason. Also wanting to lose some more weight, have two stone off but wanting another 4 off
That sounds good never tried soup at work like that might be trying that one.I take soup a lot, tin of soup, added new pots chopped up small from a tin, plus a bit if ham. Its nice. Flask keeps it hot till lunchtime.
There are low fat soups about.
