Medal for "services to nature conservation". Yet in protecting extremely prevalent species such as pigeons, crows, magpies etc. and other pest species the true nature we really value (e.g. songbirds) and which needs help becomes under greater threat.

Apparently a favoured local of his is the Turfcutters Arms, a regular meeting place of the New Forest Foxhounds.
