Keep an eye out around junction 31a of the m6 (preston/grimsargh/ longridge) they have just moved here and have already been to most/all farms in a 10 mile radius. Trying to sell chainsaws "left over from a show :mad:

I've one of their mobile numbers from when they rang today at the farm gate,if anyone's bored and wants to phone them in the small hours to tell them their caravans on fire I can forward the number.:)

Sure it was a white hilux with a truckman type top,round faced chap,I only met him on the main road.

had them at work on wednesday, 1st was a white transit with irish plates selling stuff out of the back, thursday morning had 1 sitting on the back lane having a good look over the hedge, saw me then drove into the yard wanting to know if we had any batteries to sell, white transit with blue roof on english plates, then later on at night, another 1 in a 4x4 called and said they were both his lads who had called,
just waiting for something to disappear now

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
