Pink aerosol for sheep

Have used all the usual colours for putting tups marks on ewes. Could do with a pink aerosol for scanning. Does anyone know where I can get them from? Or another unusual colour? Thanks.

If you haven't already used it, then I'd suggest Richey's over scented marker spray in orange.

My old man headed off to town some time back and one of his jobs was to get some red marker spray.

So he came back with orange. I tutted to myself that it would be hopeless as it would be too pale.

How wrong could I be? It's so intensely luminous they must be able to read the lamb's numbers from space. It's incredibly handy if you've got an early uplift of lambs on a dark morning as you can see them without a torch! (y)

The future's bright - the future's orange.

You would think somebody would already have dreamed up that snappy line

Yep, used all the Ritchie colours already. I told myself last year to save a colour for scanning but promptly forgot all about that when marking the ewes for tupping this year...

Why do you need different colours for scanning?:scratchhead: Can you not just mark them in a different place?

I have 3 groups that are being single sire mated to maternal rams, and each group has a ‘ram’ mark on their shoulder. Any raddle marks from returns will be at the arse end, assuming the rams don’t want shooting.
I will spray scanning marks on their loins.

I only need one different colour. You're right I could mark them on their side somewhere but if I could find pink I can put scan mark on their backs which would be preferable as easier to see in the pens.
