I only need one different colour. You're right I could mark them on their side somewhere but if I could find pink I can put scan mark on their backs which would be preferable as easier to see in the pens.
I've seen trees marked for felling with pink spray so it must be available

Sorry, by a scan mark on their loin, I did mean on the top. I don’t mark anything on their sides, as there’s not a lot of point if the mark is difficult to see.
Where do you put any marks currently?
Pink?Have used all the usual colours for putting tups marks on ewes. Could do with a pink aerosol for scanning. Does anyone know where I can get them from? Or another unusual colour? Thanks.
