Plate cooler leaking

As title, cooler is leaking on milk in pipe. Just a few drips when the milk pump is running,I'm not sure how to fix it and don't want to damage anything by messing with it. Cooler is a Fabdec about 25 years old.

As title, cooler is leaking on milk in pipe. Just a few drips when the milk pump is running,I'm not sure how to fix it and don't want to damage anything by messing with it. Cooler is a Fabdec about 25 years old.

Dont panic, they are quite simple, they are made up of pairs, iv split a few over the years, including a double bank recently, i undo them gently, then work my way through until you find the one with split rubber sealent then i remove it and its pair then tighten back up sensibley. Only took my first one apart as our dairy company said it was a whole day jobfor two, and i simplet coulndt afford it, so had a go my self, i did it sensibly in two/three hours on my own.

Its not leaking between the plates, just a few drips from the pipe that feeds in
