Wooden garden shed/room type would look more in keeping with a residential property than a porta cabin surely, and should be well within budget, I know that you would need to prepare a base but it would be better to look at.

Thanks for replies. been busy sorting sheep in snow and floods last few days. Some good ideas, looking for something preferably to put up fairly quickly as time is a tad short atm. Mrs giving me hassle about wet clothes, keeping up the pressure....

Nice, think we will need something different than felt roofing. The Fen Blows usually rip most felt clad buildings apart fairly quickly
