Hi we are rebuilding a Marshall 802, out of different tractors, marshall 802 rear end Leyland 285 front axle plus a Perkins six cylinder out of a Massey 3080, ( why? Well why not)
problem is the power steering pump drive is occupied by the main hydraulic pumps,
could we tap into the main hydraulic pressure feed then use a priority valve to supply oil to the steering orbital?
if so would I also need to fit a relief valve before the orbital?
All thoughts welcome
