Prattley auto drafter

Evening all, help required as I seem to have disabled my auto drafting function on my Prattley electric 3 way drafter with Gallagher twr-5 weigh head, was working fine until last night but now will only work with the remote or fixed cable remote, bit disappointed with prattley as contacted them and they said someone would be in touch to help but no contact at all, so now reaching out to you guys for help !

Does it have a box similar to the one on the right in this picture:

The words 'Auto' and 'Manual' under Mode are soft keys. Try pushing the 'Auto' button twice in quick succession. Our one kicked into manual mode a couple of times with no explanation.

Hi thanks for replying but unfortunately that’s not worked on my one , the buttons aren’t that positive when pushed and can’t really tell if it has responded or not,could be doing with a better dimple effect when pressed so you know you have activated it.

I didn’t know they were buttons for long enough! I think when you press them the three LEDs to the left of the button light up but I can’t remember.

Your right about the 3 LEDs lighting up, I tried pressing the remote and the auto draft mode buttons at the same time but still no response, it’s unreal how dependant I have become on the auto function in the short time I have had it,it’s also highlighted my shortcomings in the multitasking department as invariably press the wrong gate button when also looking for lame, ill, or some other problems with the sheep

Does it still allow you to set the width of the entrance gates on the "teach" button on the remote?
If yes then it will still be operating in auto function and possibly could be a problem with the weigh head?
