Shame on you.
Jo Cox should never of been mentioned at all.
The really shamefull thing, was remainers recruiting their dead collegue, to goad and frustrate the Prime Minister, during QUESTIONS ON HIS STATEMENT TO THE HOUSE, that was consequently high jacked.
Why shame on ME grumpy? I didn't introduce her name into this thread.

Or you could reply and explain what I am the guilty party - as I said clearly, I didn't bring her name up.

You're just cross with yourself. Don't fret.

My own view of the Jo Cox situation is that tragic as it was and in the light of the fact that Leave won, even she would have seen the sense of getting Brexit done now.

No sane person, be they Leave or Remain would condone what happened to her, but neither would any sane person believe that what did happen to her should prevent the majority will of the people

More fool the idiot for raising her name in a deliberate attempt to further smear Boris and well done him for dealing with it in the way he did.

If your poke a hornet’s nest, expect to get stung!

If our Politicians would do as they were asked and promised to do, then they wouldn’t get the threats against them that they do.
This is one of the worst posts i have ever read on this forum!

I watched the debate from 7-9pm last night. It is truly unbelievable the way the media and the labour mps have tried to spin it today. Instead of Humbug Boris should have said suck it up snowflakes, if you don’t like the heat get out of the kitchen. (They would have accused him of being sexist by suggesting a kitchen though [emoji849])

YOU may not like the tone but the message is right on tune . Remainers Surender Act .
They now say the are going to lock Boris up if he moves to take us out .
I think if we are going to look at language being used, we should look to Jo Brand, saying after Nigel was covered in milkshake, “I’m thinking: why bother with a milkshake when you could get some battery acid?” , now that is inciting violence. I know Jo Brand is not an MP, but she is a famous left wing comic. I don't recall any outrage about language when it comes from the left, or for that matter when Philip Pullman tweeted "When I hear the name ‘Boris Johnson’, for some reason the words ‘rope’ and ‘nearest lamp-post’ come to mind as well”. "

Jo Swinson has had to get the police involved because even her children have been threatened. Many other women MPs have had death threats aswell. Jo Cox was shot in the head at close range by a far right wing loony with a knackered old handgun. She was not killed outright either, but suffered great pain before she died.................And then you have the PM of the country saying its Humbug, and twerps like you saying suck it up snowflakes.

In no way is it acceptable for anyone to receive death threats to them and their families. Apologies if you think I meant otherwise.

I can’t stand it when people who aren’t getting their own way turn on the tears like children. Which is exactly what it looked like to me last night.

Don’t forget it was the Labour MPs who mentioned Jo Cox first last night. Did you watch it live?

we all make sense of the world through creating narratives or stories, leave created a narrative to work towards, however remain concentrated on painting the possible negatives and did not create a narrative for remain, this I believe was one of the reasons we voted leave, I also believe there were a myriad of very convincing reasons to vote leave, but I think hubris on the part of remain was a factor in their undoing.
On that we are agreed

Brexit bonus. Well October 31st was definitely a deal, or General Election night he gained a majority!!

Do we know if all his children pick up child benefit? If he on the Jeremy Kyle show with 7,8,9 children we would all be outraged! How amusing.

A good day to announce it to bury bad news.

Indeed. As each day passes the more I miss the Saj at no11. He has chosen today to announce that I could have been 2% richer if big daddy Johnson had kept him in post for a few more days.
