for Scottish Sporting Estates, Farmers and Small holders.
Splitting down carcases for oven ready roasting joints, crown roasts, chops, steaks,.diced, belly pork.. and All large and Small Wild game meat butchery process.. oven ready....
Beef / Lamb / Pork/ Venison/ all gamebirds-poultry etc.
I have a reasonable set price for carcase type..i am not charging per hour or weight.
I have put my ad on facebook and my facebook groups..
