Why would I not qualify to put an advert for trailer on machinery private sale ?

Did you get a message come up whilst trying to post an advert? Can't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to. @Chris F any ideas?

Can put ad on dealer list but im not a dealer .
You have to register separately for Farm classifieds. Your username and password from tff won’t work.

im having same trouble, its crap tbh, wont let me register with the same email address, but I havnt got another one!!!

Is it just me that finds the whole thing awkward!
New username and password etc
blame data protection law for that one !
It’s not hard and it’s free - maybe the complexity is an IQ test to validate quality of sellers !!
Now we have moved to v2 however on better hosting we might be able to create a universal login for all TFF services
Just takes time and money to achieve these things !

This is because you will have used the old system and already have an account registered to that address
PM me your email ad and I will reset it all for you
You can’t advertise directly in the forum any more if item is over £350 - you create ads at www.classifieds.farm and they post automatically on the forum

How does it know its over £350 before you start making up the ad ?
anything posted in the up to £350 forum goes through moderation before being posted - if it's over £350 it gets deleted
The classified site is where to post anything over £350 - for free and to a MUCH bigger audience
anyone having problems logging in / creating an account or listing can simply PM myself or @Chris F and we will happily help, Most seem to use it just fine

Took me longer to set up the advert than it did to sell the tractor,Chris F had sent me a link many moons ago,which when I finally remembered did help.
Found setting up another account a bit tedious tho.

It was broke so had to be fixed I'm afraid
I would have loved nothing more than to not have to spend a load of cash and time on it if it could possibly have been avoided

We are looking at a way to share unified TFF login across the forum, classifieds and marketplace but we need to be sure we are doing so both securely and legally (GDPR etc) - we know its tedious having separate logins but short term its all we could do
