Problem with vacuum tanker

Have an old Abby 1100 gal tanker used for washing sheds/cattle pens and the odd bit of tank emptying, used it the other day and not sucking very well through 2” hose then when using on pressure side you could lay the pipe in ground and it wouldn’t thrash about like it used to so not much on the pressure side, will it be a seal issue or more likely to be worn vanes in vacuum pump? Is it an easy enough job to re vane pump?

What does the clock show? How much pressure and vacuum when you run it up. One thing that can easily catch one out is the inside of the pipes from the pump.to the tanker delaminating and the inners collapse during vacuum, but works find with pressure.
