Proper rebaling equipment

I supply small bales of straw but find my bale packer relatively slow. Im trying to think of a way to clear fields quickly with less labour and compaction at harvest. I think I've seen one or two members on here say they large bale straw or hay for convenience and speed and then rebale them in winter as required. I know there are many hateful unhealthy ways of rebaling but does anyone have professional ways of doing this with proper equipment? Bale baron sounds alot faster than what i have currently but is a £100k+ option.
