I hope it holds up, I'm currently trying to sell a house but the tenants won't move out, they have over stayed their 3month notice and are now refusing to leave .
Good luck - if you have knowledgeable tenants they will sit tight for a long time, realising that they hold all the cards.I hope it holds up, I'm currently trying to sell a house but the tenants won't move out, they have over stayed their 3month notice and are now refusing to leave .
I'm not sure where you sourced those figures from but the ones I saw said open has enough capacity that is obtainable in 30 days to cover Russian output.Plea all he likes. Opec are bound by a supply agreement and they are at capacity now. Russia is also party to the same agreement, so good luck getting blood out of a stone.
Yep the jobs against you these days if you got tenants and they want to be A holes just for fun !Good luck - if you have knowledgeable tenants they will sit tight for a long time, realising that they hold all the cards.
It would hurt, but it might be worth offering some fairly serious money to get them out.
Good luck. I offered tenants that wouldnāt leave after a S21 ~6 months worth of rent to go. They stayed and start to finish it took 20months during covid for the bailiffs to arrive. They still hadnāt packed their stuff then! No way I want to be a landlord without S21!!I hope it holds up, I'm currently trying to sell a house but the tenants won't move out, they have over stayed their 3month notice and are now refusing to leave .
That fairly serious money needs to be 4 figures. My tenant had her lease expire in Oct 19. Took me until Jan 22 to get rid of her.Good luck - if you have knowledgeable tenants they will sit tight for a long time, realising that they hold all the cards.

The issue is the quirk in the legislation that means if they voluntarily leave they have to find their own home, if they are forced out by a court etc then itās upto the council to rehome them. So if they no the rules they wonāt leaverubbish to the paperwork route and seek eviction by any other means you can
I'm well aware. See my earlier comment. 28 months to get rid of a tenant, with the looming threat of prosecution by council over outstanding repairs. The issue is the quirk in the legislation that means if they voluntarily leave they have to find their own home, if they are forced out by a court etc then itās upto the council to rehome them. In your dreams .Could the Russian exit from property crash it like lloyds did 30 yrs ago?
You socialists always to to capitalise on others misery , unbelievable.Could the Russian exit from property crash it like lloyds did 30 yrs ago?
Me too. I fancy a 15 bedroom house in the Home Counties and a 150m yacht.
As far as crashing the property market goes, itās only likely to reduce demand for a particular type of property, not for the vast majority of houses.
Any way of doing anything to the property to make it ācondemnedā without costing to much money to rebuild?I'm well aware. See my earlier comment. 28 months to get rid of a tenant, with the looming threat of prosecution by council over outstanding repairs.
