Olive oil?

Used on kids when they were young, one had bad skin due to food allergies, other just got the same as matter of course.

applied after bath before bed, dunno how they slept tho, all oily and slimy.

try a wee small patch first in case has negative reaction.

i use dovobet, from the doctor, but this cream is steroid free, and while it doesnt clear it, it keeps it moisturised and stops the itching and scales. put it on twice a day, when you get up, and when you go to bed.

I use germolene when skin is really dry cracking. Yes it's dear but fast relief.
Also use a okeefs hand cream and a hand cream by tropics the beauty crowd but germolene for relief fast

I have just started suffering in the past few years, both of theses are good. The Bioderma for sure as a shower gel. Other one was from the doctor, I might be able to blag you some as have a repeat prescription

I first had it when I was about 10 but throughout my teen years it disappeared.
I had several back ops throughout the 90s ( 9 times they went for a dig )that didn’t all go to plan. I suffered after this with awful psoriasis which covered my body apart from fortunately my head and hands.
By chance I was speaking to Simon Revell ( ex Simba )who was an agent for some health foods. He suggested I started drinking a dose of Aloe Vera every morning. I did this religiously for at least 6 months and have never had an issue since. It tastes foul but I wouldn’t hesitate to take it again if I had to.
