This final year dissertation survey focuses on both public and farmer perception of farm assurance and the impacts on UK beef welfare.
All respondents will remain anonymous and are free to withdraw from the survey at any time.
Every response and viewpoint is important so it would be really appreciated if you could spare a maximum of 10 minutes to complete this questionnaire.
Thank you, Anna Vernon (Harper Adam's University).

I've got a far as question 12, which demands an answer.
Which of the following farm assurance factors do you believe to be the most important? Required
1 Environment
2 Animal Welfare
3 Food Safety

But I can't agree which is the most important, because I believe that Farm Assurance is just a protection racket, and that far too many shitholes are Farm Assured and which should be closed down.

And question 4c is just plain silly. It will mean that most potential candidates (90%?) will give up in exasperation. Why on earth can't you have more than one tick in any one column.

I'm so pleased I went to a proper University - Newcastle.

Worth doing.....if the farmers can’t recognise red tractor logo why would anyone else!
How many recognised the other logo ?‍♂️
I should have got the wife to do it mind as she’s the one who goes shopping and picks the food, I just eat it!

Totally agree. 4C is so badly done, I gave up!! What is actually meant, is rank in order of importance...

Sorry Anna...
