Question for the Shearers

Any other sheep shearers experienced having a ring of dried blood around their lips after shearing, happened me a number of times on seems to happen when shearing during the winter. Not sure if it's the cold weather or because I'm leaning over for long periods.

Any ideas would be welcome

Never had that problem. Sometimes a bit of dried blood in my nose which might be similar, mostly if I’ve been on hard sheep. Don’t remember if it was cold or not. I just put it down to being bent over and pressure of working hard.

Used to get that when shearing my ewes,, but thankfully got it sorted,, bought easycare ewes, even cured my bad back,
