The power consumption of two LED lights I am considering fitting to the tractor is 81W, it says in the operators book tractor specs that the tractor is fitted with a 12v 46amp alternator, will that provide enough power for the lights without overloading it.?
I dont know a thing about electrics so no apologies for asking the question.:scratchhead:

Search for "ohms law calculator" and put in what you know and it will tell you the amps.
Once you get above about 15amps you should have some decent thick wire.
Alternator should cope so long as it is in goodish nick.

Have you taken any land out of production from last autumn?
