Yes , it’s brilliant have it on a timer to come on about an hour before I go out , car is up to running temp and heater warm .

I believe the standard that describes the yellow 110V connectors, blue 230V connectors and red 400V connectors actually includes an option for 12V connectors. I have never actually seen one in use.
I better go into hiding for quoting a standards document around these parts though!

I used to do some audio work at agricultural and horsey shows, putting up tannoy systems running off 12V batteries. We always wanted to put these connectors on them but never got round to it.

A d3 should have come with a diesel powered heater, which should come

You can get remotes to switch it on via a phone app or a button on the key fob

Used a few cheap lights off the bay like that on lorries but they didn't last.
Does that heat the engine block?
I really need to invest in some block heaters for up in these parts, I throw a propane ring under the engines, the old 474 Nash loves it!

Only down side to having a warm block that I can see, is that all the other parts are still cold when you pull away.

Chuck a bit of waste oil in an old tyre, set light to it and place it under the vehicle, gets rid of a bit of oil and a tyre
....it’s a win win....
