R & B Vermin control

Hello
My name is Brian Wilkinson and I am a 60 year old air gun hunter living in the Tyne and Wear area. I am writing to you concerning any pest control problems you may have on your land or in and around buildings.
I can humanely and discreetly dispatch vermin such as rabbits, rats, grey squirrels, magpies, crows and pigeons, with a powerful, but legal air rifle using scope mounted lights or night vision if preferred.
Being a member of the British association for shooting and conservation I am fully insured and health and safety tested, I would be willing to sign a total disclaimer for any possible personal injuries that could occur whilst on your property. I will dispose of all pests from the property and any quality game such as rabbit or pigeon will be first offered to the property owner.
If permission is granted to hunt on your land, you will find that I have complete respect for all other fauna, your property, your instructions and of course, your land and boundaries.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and I apologise if you in any way object to hunting but vermin spread many diseases to animals and humans and cause untold damage to land and buildings

I hope to hear from you soon.
Once again thank you for taking the time to read my message
