Rabewerk power harrow.

A friend has a Rabewerk EMKE 250 power harrow. It has a 21 spline coupling on the front end of the pto shaft and a 6 spline on the rear and harrow gearbox. Indications are that this will require a 1000rpm pto speed to drive it. Can anyone confirm that this is correct?

Mine has 6 spline both ends. Manual says it can be operated at or 540 or 1000rpm. 1000rpm makes the best job
