Radio Waves Broadband

We are currently with Airband based in Worcester. Been pretty happy with it but any time the weather changes it goes off. On one occasion we lost BB for 4 days when the receiver down the docks got damaged/flooded etc. 4 days was a long time and impossible to do anything as we struggle to get 4g here with mobile.

Ive got the option to sign up for 12m at a cheaper price or look elsewhere. There is another company local but cant find any feedback from users even though I posted it on a community FB page.

This is the only affordable option we can get. What I dont want to do is sign up with another company to get the same intermittant service. Just wondered feedback from other Radio Wave users.

Take it you power cycled the router/ antenna device?
Some of the larger outdoor wifi antenna/access points need to be properly grounded, else static builds (especially in bad weather) and they pack up.

So maybe check the grounding, but the old switch it off and on again goes along way these days with this kinda stuff
