Ram missing from market

Happens regularly at a fur & feather sale I frequent:

  1. Bid on the lot and win it.
  2. Watch rest of sale till I get bored.
  3. Go to the office and pay
  4. Get a receipt
  5. Go to market staff with receipt
  6. Go to pen with staff and receipt
  7. Pen is empty, lock snipped off
  8. Shrug from staff
  9. Go back to office
  10. Shrug from office
  11. Get a refund from office
  12. Office writes it down in a big book
  13. Explain to wife why the pet rabbit she chose isn't coming home with us. (n)

to be fair the marts staff are being pressed by white coats to keep sale going.
while adhering to welfare.
while ensuring thier own and others safety.
and all this to be done asap to get byre wash3d up.
understaffed. under paid the scapegoat as if any mistake is made.
and to top it off many go home to do thier own animals.
tired hungry and in the dark

So Yesterday went to a sale snapped up couple of quality cheep tups , 1 more was bought by another guy , rest taken home by unhappy vendor (8) how many more get loaded to go home by a disgruntled vendor that were sold at rock bottom price before the buyer gets to pen to load . Just a thought
