Ram Swollen Testicle

I've a Ram Lamb with a swollen testicle. I had the Vet out to him 3 weeks ago and he checked for a temperature which he had and gave him a long lasting antibiotic. Still no improvement. Any ideas what it is and how I can treat it?

Wouldn’t risk it with a tup, I’d cull him .

Ime, at best he’ll have one working testicle if he gets over it. Cull trade is good just now.

Is it herniated like gone through the retaining membrane? Sorry can't remember the term. Looks swollen but not an infection. Same result - cull.

ORCHITIS sold a texel ram with this a month ago ,good price . Seen a few over the years and most stay swollen , one i remember the testes shrank

Had a good texel ram 2 years ago with very swollen testicles(touching the ground), vet treatment didn't work, started leaking puss then he died.
