What you have there Mike is a Ransomes Spaceframe 200 series.
The model is FR TSF 200/3s.... the 's' is for short clearance - it should be 30.5" interbody clearance (the long version was 40.5")

Furrow width is adjustable from 10.5" to 16"
Depth wheels were optional extras.
It looks like you've got 2 SN skimmers on the back and a NC on the front - or is the front one broken?

How do I know this?? MrsYB says I should get out more:facepalm::LOL:
But I've got a Ransomes leaflet in front of me.:sneaky:

I'll talk nicely to MrsYB and get her to scan the leaflet so I can put it on here for you tonight.
We'd moved on to reversibles by the time these ploughs came out but, IIRC, a farm not too far away ran a couple and they always made a good job.
Looks like yours are UCN bodies - I always prefered them to SCN. According to the leaflet you could also get 200 series ploughs on YL's but that would have been a different frog to yours.

Any good? Well, what for! The late Phill (Duke) Potter used one reduced to a two furrow and fitted with Fiskar KH bodies in match ploughing for years. Took home a lot of first prizes!

How do i tell what bodies it has got as can't see anything on the boards and wouldn't be using it for match ploughing just having fun at working days and a friends farm

It'll be stamped on the back of them - but often not very clearly and it could be obscured by the stays.
Yours look to be UCN. SCN's are deeper and have a rounded top to the throat piece (you may call them shins or cutters, depending on where you come from)

I have an SN skimmer set up for that plough if you were passing this way ( J3 M54)
the TSR 200 "space-frame" ploughs were the last series of conventional ploughs made by Ransomes, based on the TS90/91 they were specced with furrow width adjustment, some had hydraulic cross shaft adjustment which was an option as was a depth wheel, many 3 and 4 furrow versions were sold without a wheel but bigger ones needed a wheel for stability.
As YB says the mouldboard is almost certainly UCN which are ideally suited to 7-10 inch furrow depth- these boards are available off the shelf at many wearing metal stockist as the pattern was taken on by Dowdeswell, with many ploughs fitted with these bodies there are many good spurious one to choose from, I have refurbished my TSR 300 HD reversible with Spaldings metal and used slab shares and reversible points fitted to them to cut down on the running cost of traditional Ransomes point/share set up .
