Ransomes wrap around skimmer arms

Does anyone have a set of skimmer arms like these?
I could do with the measurements as I know someone who could make them rather than pay
Westlake's ridiculous price?

Your right they are very simple and easy to make as long as you have something to copy. I'll have a look in my yard tomorrow and have a look see if there are any I could measure. Have you got the discs? If you can't find an arm to copy you could probably make the arm to your choice.

Stephen did have a set that he was selling cheap on ebay old stock or something, wirth giving him a call just incase.

I have the discs but was just after a rough idea measurement wise to be on the safe side
I will give Steve a ring tomorrow aswell

The ones Steve Framingham makes are far superior to the ones in your photo, the loop around the back of the disc is carried forward to near the front of the disc and then he makes a separate drop arm to mount the skim to, if you don't do any good with Steve I have a set I made a while back that you can buy off me..............if I can find them !

I'm afraid I couldn't find any skimmers in my yard so I couldn't get any measurements. I thought there were some in my mobile plough part container, or as the wife calls it " the dilapidated mobile hovel", but I must have sold them.

Just to break with tradition, I have a pair of concave discs floating within my plough ready to skim left or right, not bothered. Better than your spoons?

I have been on the lookout for a pair of discs like these that are sensibly priced. But they are getting harder to find.
I would also like a decent pair of skimmer arms like the ones in the picture.
