Got a 20 foot gate to hang in the shed for a moveable partition for storing grain temporarily .
It's a big bugger , weighs 250 kg , so need some hinges that will hold it , needs to be 20mm pins , any suppliers ? tia

I’ve been using these for heavy 14 foot bull pen gates for a few years now, no breakages yet... you could easy put a triangle gusset underneath to give even more strength

Can you get them with bolt on plates ? there's no adjustment on the gate as the eyes are welded on , I can shim the bracket if necessary to get it level

Anything up to 30mm pin here

Looks like they have bolt on options too, best way I’ve found is to have the adjustable eyes on the gates then you can always get them bang on, even after they’ve had an ‘adjustment’ with the telehandler!

I've got on well with these, 30mm pin ones are good for 400kg.

Sole issue I've found with alot of these hinges is they fail where the pin is welded into the body. Perhaps belt and braces but a clevis type arrangement with say an M20 bolt through to secure would be very robust.
