I got an a wireless one off Amazon.
It won't work on my phone, but will on my little android tablet. I don't think the app is compatible with the version on my phone.
Works ok. It's not night vision though.
Get one with night vision.

We use a couple ,8 inch tv screen in cab wireless camera powered from sidelights used on back of balers about £ 70 each i stuck a powerful magnet on one so I can stick it almost anywhere used it on back of tractor to watch if subsoiler had gone in so I didn't have to keep twisting round
