Something i dont understand with Bunning is the body seems to be made of a superior metal,
something that they deny doing though

Think I will be needing new rotors for my 120 soon, were they expensive?

Going to stick with 3 separate boxes and keep fingers crossed they last another 14 years. Probably be holes in the bodywork by then anyway.

Only give £3500 for the whole spreader about 5 years ago. think ill just keep straightening them for a bit longer then. Thought I seen somewhere that sold weld on flight sections? any ideas? as its only really the bottoms that are bad.

Think I found someone in Ireland that would supply the flight, the cost was good, but the shipping killed it really.

Ha, we only paid £2000 several years ago now.
was a wreck really, ended up making a new pair of chains and bearings in the bed gearbox, then a new
shaft across the back. For the work it does its been one of the best value for money items we ever bought

2k for a 10 tonner + is silly money, they're like 20k + new

mine has some age to it, think its a 2000 or 2001. done a lot of work and is getting a bit tired now, would just like to freshen it up a bit.

Try agrihire, they make lots of spreaders and there parts guy is ex comer gearbox employee. Helped us out with a drie gearbox, big saving and next day delivery very happy with the service and advice

Bet they would have the auger flights as well then if they make spreaders. cheers

All back together now. Thanks for all the advice and thanks to Rickerbys Carnforth hooking us up for the parts, great customer service and speedy delivery.

I put a chamfer on the couplings the rubber wedged knocked in easily with some richey superlube on. It went back together easy enough apart from getting the top piece and top bearings back in place. Very fiddily and time consuming.

Now we're desperate to get some muck out tomorrow.

Via kramp apparently they were £4 or £5 more expensive. So with discount roughly £480 each. Probably could have shopped around a bit but we were getting a bit desperate to get it fixed and used. The other bits were cheap at least
