Recording phone calls on LG Android?

As per title is it possible?
I've had a good look through the menus but to no avail.

It can be done but I'm not sure with the stock dialer you may have to download a new dialer app.

Yes it can be done. See 'tapeAcall pro' app and it worked well for a friend but in order for it to be of any use in a court room then you need to inform the other party that you will be recording conversations.

Hi, yes it is possible to record a phone call on any android phone, do you want to record each incoming or outgoing call or you want to record the phone call you want to record?

I just want to record the odd one, not every.
I tried to download 'Total Recall' last week but the phone wouldn't do it.

No worries, please download an app called "Call Recorder" by ACR in the play store. install it on your phone. This is easy to install. Once you install this app open the app then try calling any automated helpline like your network and tap the app for start recording and when you finish, you can open the app and choose to recorded call, you will be able to retrieve the call in time order.
I hope this should work, please let me know if you face any difficulty.

the one I use on android records all calls and automatically deletes them when they are two weeks old unless I save them

I never actually got going with mine, an event that I thought would benefit from recording seems to have gone away but your way would be handy.
What app do you use? PM if you wish.

its called call recorder, I can send you it via we-transfer if you like.

I use Automatic Call Recorder. I installed it when somebody was messing me about with a Landrover that I was restoring.

Know someone with recorder app, auto records all conversations crystal clear.
no question then about what has been disscussed.. best left on auto and delete what you dont want
and transfer the rest onto computer archive/synology drive

Does he ask the other party's permission before recording or does he secretly do it?

Just fit and forget. Its only frowned on by people caught out telling porkies

Perfectly legal to record phone conversions in the UK. Although, if no warning is given to any caller at the start it may be inadmissible in a court of law.
