As above, what are people submitting to the RPA when asked for this when claiming for mid tier revenue. Am being asked for evidence that a field in GS4 has been cultivated in the last 5 years. Would a spray sheet and fert sheet from my agronomist be enough?

We are dealing with the RPA here, so they tend to be vague about what they want, and when you do submit evidence, they turn round and say not good enough, we want XYZ. I can go through the Farm diary if needed and put it all together in some sort of field sheet. Have had issues with claiming capital grants so want to get it right first time.
