I did 9 acre a few years ago with a vredo drill.I did use pelleted clover seed many years ago and sowed it with a vicon varispreader.
Came very dry after and my thoughts were the pelleted seed caused it to fail.
Anything other lugumes suitable for overseeding?
Vetches,sainfoin etc
Red sandstone hereWhite clover the most popular but herbs like trefoil can be stitched in.
Sainfoin likes dry land

How well does red clover persist in a sward? I think ive read about a variety that grows its crown either very low to the ground or underground and is more suited to grazing than other varieties.
