I suppose you could use the platform to carry ballast to assist pulling the likes of what is pictured on it.

There was a thread on here awhile back about such setups. Believe its legal but there are restrictions.

The seed dressing lorries and mill and mix lorries are registered as ag vehicles, but all the ones that have come here are plated, and the drivers got HGV licences, just for safety/ insurance reasons. They do run on red, and do not use a tachograph though.

Would love to know how that managed to get plated as a tractor. Things like lime spreaders, seed dressing lorries can be converted but a standard flat?
Then you'd have the weight limit to contend with. I also seem to remember you can't carry and tow a load with a tractor but could be wrong.
I think you'd be pulled over too many times to be honest.

Kell Machinery?
Up your way by the looks of it.
Wouldn't be the first time he's advertised things that are illegal on the road.
